Q. Can I request a specific delivery time?

A. You can request a specific delivery time. However, please note if the requested time does not fall within the normal delivery times an additional charge may apply. Our team member will be in contact with you to ensure your arrangement arrives on time. 

Q. Do I receive confirmation of my order?

A. Yes, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of your order. 

Q. Do you accept orders for weddings, corporate functions and gener

A. Yes, we do. However, these orders should be placed at least 3 days prior to ensure on-time delivery. A member of our team will contact you prior to arrange the final details. 

Q. Do you deliver for evening parties?

A. It will depend on the number of baskets you order. We will deliver up until 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Anything after 6 pm will incur extra delivery charges. 

Q. Do you deliver on the weekend and public holidays?

A. Not for a single order. Pick up from our showroom at Rosebery (SYD, NSW) can be arranged. 

Q. Do you deliver on the weekend and public holidays or special events?

A. Deliveries will take place on Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Q. What if I am having a special function?

A. We set up fruit, chocolate and lolly bars for weddings, birthdays or corporate events in Sydney.

So if you have a special event coming up and want to impress your guests with something special and delicious, send us an email & we will contact you.

Q. How long will your fruit arrangement last?

A. We don’t use any preservatives, artificial additives or sweeteners to our fruits so they are best to be served immediately. However, fruit arrangements can last up to 3 days as long as they are refrigerated. Upon delivery, you can cover the whole arrangement with plastic & refrigerate or remove all the fruit from the stems & place the fruit in the container covering with either a lid or plastic. 

Q. Is my personal information secure when I order online?

A. Delicious Flowers web site is secure with EWay server. When the payment is done online we don’t get any details of your credit card account. 

Q. What do your arrangements consist of?

A. A very accurate description of each arrangement is available on our web site. All you need to do is click on the product that you need the description of. The relevant information will appear. However, you must be aware of the bamboo skewers may present a hazard to young children If you have any further questions please email us 

Q. What if I need to cancel the order after it was placed?

A. If you change your mind after the order is placed and before 24hours of delivery time we will refund your money less administration charge of $10. However, if we started making your order and you cancelled within 24 hours of delivery time more charges may apply. 

Q. What if I want to design my own personal arrangement?

A. All you need to do is have an idea in mind and contact us. We will then discuss your ideas and provide you with a quote. 

Q. What is the latest time for placing an order for the next day delivery

A. 17:00 pm. However, for the large orders, at least 24-hour notice must be given. Order for the next day delivery will only take place in Sydney. 

Q. What method of payment is accepted?

A. Delicious Flowers accepts VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard, Paypal for online payments and direct deposit. We also accept Australian Money orders, bank cheques and cash on delivery by prior arrangement. 

Q. What time will delivery take time?

A. Unless otherwise requested most of the arrangements will be delivered by 5.30 pm. You can request a specific time & we will do our best to accommodate it. Extra charges will apply for Monday to Friday after 6pm; however a member of our team will contact you prior to arrange it. Most of our fresh fruit arrangements will be delivered within 3-4 hours from the time we make it. 

Q. What if the recipient isn’t home to receive their gift?

A. If the recipient is not home to receive their gift, our driver will try to contact the numbers provided or to leave the gift with a neighbour. If the above does not work, the gift will be left at the front door & a shaded area.
Delicious flowers is not responsible for the condition of the goods by the time the recipient collects them, nor can Delicious flowers be responsible if the gift is stolen 

Q. What if the recipient has been discharged from hospital?

A. Unfortunately, Delicious Flowers is not responsible if a recipient has been discharged from a hospital. Delicious Flowers will ask the hospital to contact the patient so they can collect from the hospital and the gift will be left with hospital staff. If the hospital is unable to accept the gift, then the goods will be returned to our store, you will be then contacted to arrange either collection or redelivery of the gift the following day. Additional delivery charges apply. Goods will not be delivered if they are more than 1 day old.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. As we are growing and developing our Delicious Fruit arrangements are delivered within Sydney metropolitan area, the large orders will be delivered to Wollongong, Blue Mountains and Newcastle areas. All of our Delicious Chocolate arrangements are delivered around Australia. (excluding Western Australia, Tasmania & Northern Territory)
