Our terms & conditions are amended from time to time and become effective as soon as they are amended. When you purchase from our website or browse it you automatically agree to our terms & conditions.

The vases, pots, boxes & containers may vary from the original images displayed.
Sale and Delivery
Orders will only be dispatched after a full payment has been received.
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Delicious Flowers is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service.
Once you place the order, you enter into an agreement with Delicious Flowers. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us.
Delicious Flowers reserves the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
When you place an order with us it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and the delivery was done additional delivery charges will incur for the correct delivery address.
Delicious Flowers will advise you of an estimated time for delivery of the arrangements. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, however, all times specified are estimates only. All the attempts will be made to deliver the arrangements between the hours of 9am and 5pm and to residential addresses up until 6pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.
If for some reason the order does not arrive it is the customers’ responsibility to inform one of our team members. We will make necessary inquiries with the courier company & advise you of the result. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery
If an item has been lost in transit we will do our very best to dispatch a replacement arrangement as soon as possible.
Delicious Flowers cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from arrangements lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
It is in our interest that the arrangement arrives safely to the delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide very accurate details of the delivery instructions. Please specify any special instructions especially when we need to deliver to the residential address especially if no one will be home. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave the arrangement when no one is there to accept it, it will be returned to Delicious Flowers. One of our team members and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery on the same day as the original delivery date may incur an additional fee. To avoid misunderstanding and extra charges, please carefully enter the correct details and necessary information for delivery.
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
